Solutions for a professional power supply

With our fully comprehensive product range, we serve the entire spectrum of construction power distribution systems. Our Bosecker product brand is regarded as the quality leader in this field and guarantees reliable and safe power distribution for the construction industry. We only use high-quality materials and components from renowned manufacturers.

Our construction power distributors are extremely robust, of high quality and designed to meet the specific needs of our customers and their areas of application. This includes all specific requirements of construction sites of any size. For example, the type and number of machines and devices that are used on site and the resulting total power requirements. The respective regulations of the responsible energy supplier are also taken into account, such as the wiring of the meter panels and other specific requirements. And of course all standards applicable to the construction sites including various regulations that are required for the installation of a professional power supply on construction sites. E. g. the user standard DIN VDE 0100-704 or the manufacturer standards IEC 61439-1/4. Our standard-compliant R1 series fully meets all requirements.

Full range of construction site power distributors

Our full range includes connection cabinets, connection distributors, main or group distributors, distribution and final distribution cabinets.
We also have suitable standard products for various specific applications, such as containers, lighting and cranes.

Connection distributor (WAV)

Connection distribution cabinets are connected to the public supply network and serve both for measuring energy consumption and as energy distributors by means of built-in CEE and earthing contact sockets with upstream protective devices. The connected loads range from 55 to 436 kVA (80 A to 630 A main fuse).

Please note the following special features:

Main switch required All-current sensitive RCD circuit breaker (type B) for CEE up to and including 63 A

Distribution cabinets (WV)

Distribution cabinets are connected behind connection, group or main distribution boards and are used for power distribution through CEE and earthing contact sockets with upstream protective devices. Connected loads from 22 to 277 kVA (32 A to 400 A main fuse).

Please note the following special features:

Layman-operated main switch required and all-current sensitive RCD circuit breaker (type B) for CEE up to and including 63 A.

connection cabinets (WA)

The connection cabinet is connected to the public supply network and is used to measure energy consumption on construction sites. The connected loads range from 55 to 436 kVA (80 A to 630 A main fuse). The maximum length of the connection line to the measuring device is 30 m.

Please note the following special features:

Special features apply to the supply areas of the energy suppliers Stromnetz Berlin GmbH, E.DIS Netz GmbH, Westnetz GmbH, Stromnetz Hamburg GmbH

Group distributor (WGV)

Group distributors are connected to a connection cabinet on larger construction sites and serve as main and group distributors when several distribution cabinets are used. The connected loads range from 173 to 436 kVA (250 A to 630 A main fuse).

Please note the following special features:

Layman-operated main switch required and all-current sensitive RCD circuit breaker (type B) for frequency-controlled devices mandatory.

Crane and large equipment distribution boards (WV)

Crane and large equipment distributors are power distributors with all-current sensitive RCD circuit breakers. They are used to supply power to machines and equipment with frequency converter-controlled "FU" drives, such as construction cranes, tunnelling machines or lifts. This "FU" technology offers the advantage of being able to variably regulate the speed of drive motors. The connected loads range from 44 to 277 kVA (63 A to 400 A main fuse).

Please note the following special features:

Layman-operated main switch required and all-current sensitive RCD circuit breaker (type B) mandatory for frequency-controlled units.

container distributors (WV and WAV)

Container distributors are used to supply container systems with CEE and earthing contact sockets with upstream protective devices. These are connected behind connection, group or main distributors. The connected loads range from 55 to 246 kVA (80 A to 355 A main fuse).

Please note the following special features:

Layman-operated main switch requiredAll-current sensitive RCD circuit breaker (type B) for CEE up to and including 63 A

lighting distributor (WV)

Serves to connect building lighting and is connected behind connection, group or main distributors. Our standard lighting distributors are already equipped with outgoing terminals for control and lighting. The connected load ranges from 22 to 138 kVA (32 A to 200 A main fuse).

Please note the following special features:

Permanently connected distribution boards without CEE and earthing contact sockets (with terminal outlets) do not require a type B RCD circuit breaker and layman-operated main switch, a type A is sufficient here.

End distribution cabinets (WEV)

Final or socket distributors are used as sub-distributors with device plugs for quickly changing daily construction sites (floors) and are connected to distribution cabinets. With a certified intermediate meter, they are also suitable as sub-metering for billing subcontractors. Final distributors are compact and mobile. They are connected to a connection, distribution or final distributor via a protective contact or CEE appliance plug and distribute the energy to hand-held electrical appliances with upstream protective devices. The connected loads range from 22 kVA to 87 kVA (32-125 A).

Please note the following special features:

Can be operated by laymen due to existing plug-in device, therefore no main switch is required. All-current sensitive RCD circuit breaker (type B) for CEE up to and including 63 A.
